Our New Fall Yard and Property Clean Up Packages

We've streamlined this process as much as we possibly can to eliminate confusion, hassle and delays!

#1.  You phone or contact us via email to schedule your estimate.

#2.  We arrive on time and on-schedule for your estimate.  You can walk us around the property and explain what you'd like us to do.

#3.  We'll answer any questions you might have and offer any advice we think might be helpful for your project.

#4.  We'll put together your final adjusted estimate (if you added any additional work) within 48 hours and send to you for approval.

#5.  We arrive on the schedule day and we work, work, work until your project is done and your yard looks great again!

Our hourly rate for clean up services can actually vary depending on how many crew we have on site and what equipment they are using on your project.  Our flat rate pricing eliminates the hourly rate game so you know we're not going to drag the project out for hours and hours.

Yes, we can but there is an additional charge for the special polymeric sand that it is required to the fill the gaps between your paving stones and there is also extra labor in it's application.  Please call and ask for more details if you'd like us to wash your brick paver patio.

Our basic packages usually allow for about 1/2 a day with 1 or 2 staff and the larger packages can take a full day, sometimes two with 2 - 4 of our staff on site.

We usually have a 1 - 2 week lead time for our yard clean up service so it's always a good idea to book in advance.

We use a variety of different mulches and we'll provide you with several choices (we carry samples to an estimate).  Some of the more premium mulches can raise the cost of your project.

You Bet!  Many of our yard clean up projects that originate from our website come from property owners who don't actually live here full-time.  They need someone they can trust and count-on to do the job right.

We're more than happy to give your property a good clean up and we are happy to provide several before and after photos of the project so you know we've done what was promised.

We do ask that you pay a 50% deposit on your quoted clean up if you are from out of town.  The remainder payable upon completion.

Lots!  We have a 10 foot by 6 foot high-sided dumping trailer that we'll be bringing along to your cleanup.  If we're hauling away brush and organic yard debris we can fit several yards of material in the dump trailer.  It's only the largest of properties or those that have been seriously neglected that would require more than 1 dump run.

Because it makes your gutters look shiny and new again!  If you take a close look at the face of your gutters they are likely very soiled with what we call "tiger striping".  When your gutters overflow and all the crud starts flowing over the edges it leaves streaks on the face.  We scrub all that grime away leaving you with the original painted metal finish of your gutters.

There are limits to the tree work we can do for our clients and it’s usually limited by safety.  We can only prune and trim trees and hedges that we can reach with our 16' foot orchard ladder.  If a ladder is not possible and the tree or trees are very large then we work with a trusted local arborist who can take care of any dangerous tree trimming and we can organize and supervise the process as part of your overall clean up.

If you have lots of trees to prune the amount of your clean up package can change.  We can only determine this with a site visit and proper assessment of your property.

Yes, we certainly can prune fruit trees!  If you'd like to have a fruit tree pruned (or several) as part of your overall yard clean up please let our team member know when they come to do your estimate.

We accept cheques, cash and credit cards.  For larger clean ups where we're coming loaded with mulch and soil for your property we will ask for a 50% down payment.  The remainder will be due upon completion of our clean up.
